To operate more sustainably we send out orders once a week, on a Wednesday. Order by midday on Tuesday to receive your order on the Wednesday.

After ordering you'll receive a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery (Wednesday) you'll receive a tracking email from our delivery partner, DX, letting you know the approximate time of delivery.

Our Packaging:
Our products are packed with dry ice which keeps them frozen for up to 36 hours once dispatched. They will arrive with you frozen and ready to pop straight in your freezer.
