Our Packaging:
Nutri-Ice Cream® is packed with dry ice which keeps it frozen for 36-48hrs once dispatched. It will arrive with you frozen and ready to pop straight in your freezer.

Our Delivery process:

1. Once your order is placed you will get an email to say it has been processed – you can then expect your delivery within 48 hours.
2. Our fulfilment centre will send you an email to tell you that your order has been processed and it is then handed to DX Express.
3. DX Express will send you a confirmation email/text to say they are expecting a delivery for you. Once received they will send a second email/text stating ‘Out for delivery today’ and will give you an estimated time of arrival (you will also be able to track the driver). A final email/text will tell you it has been delivered and the time it was delivered.

Note: Orders can be placed at any time, but dispatch is Monday to Thursday with a midday cut off on Thursday for Friday delivery. Any orders placed from Midday Thursday to Sunday evening will be processed on a Monday.

Please do not change your delivery date/time once processed. Your order is packed in dry ice to ensure the ice cream reaches you in perfect condition to go straight into your freezer.

Once you have been informed of the day and approximate time of delivery you become liable. If you are not in to receive your delivery you become liable if the order is returned to the depot or has to be left outside longer than the dry ice will last.
