Refund Policy
We operate a 3-day refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To contact us about a refund, please email hello@mydoctorsrecipe.com

To be eligible for a refund, you must be able to provide proof of purchase, your order number and the batch numbers on your ice cream.

These batch numbers can be found on the bottom of your tub, reporting these will help us track stock and access the extend of any problems. 
We will notify you once our team have investigated your problem and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged product
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective ordamaged in any way. If there are missing items or you receive the wrong item please contact us, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you are a National Delivery customer, unfortunately there may be occasions outside of our control where our delivery partner is unable to deliver the package within the 24-hour required period. If this results in a melted package we will attempt redelivery upon notification within the 3-day period. If a second package fails, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to report the problem you have, and once the refund is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
