Take Nutri-Ice out of the freezer 20 minutes before consuming. As it doesn't contain any refined sugar it stays frozen for longer.
Our Nutri-Scoop and Smile Heroes ranges can be taken out of the freezer 5 minutes before consuming.

To operate more sustainably we send out orders once a week, on a Wednesday. Order by midday on Tuesday to receive your order on the Wednesday.
After ordering you'll receive a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery (Wednesday) you'll receive a tracking email from our delivery partner, DX, letting you know the approximate time of delivery.

What is Nutri-Ice®?
Nutri-Ice® is a fortified ice cream designed to support nutrition in people with long-term illnesses or those who need additional nutritional support.
It contains over 10g of protein, 300 calories per serving, and is made with only a handful of natural ingredients.
Are any products in the My Doctor's Recipe range ultra-processed?
90% of our products are made with just a handful of natural ingredients. We don’t use any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Our Chocolate flavour Nutri-Ice, Nutri-Scoop and Smile Heroes contain 11.5% dark chocolate (which has soya lecithin in it).
Unlike many other ice creams and frozen desserts, we don’t consider our products to be ultra-processed. You can find the majority of our ingredients in your own kitchen (apart from our unique DJK+® vitamin and mineral formulation).
What are the differences between Nutri-Ice®, Nutri-Scoop® and Smile Heroes®?
These three ranges all offer a healthier alternative to more processed ice creams and 'treats'.
Nutri-Ice® doesn't contain any refined sugar, only natural sugars from date syrup and fruit. It's therefore slightly higher in fibre than the other ranges, and lower in calories and fat.
Nutri-Scoop® does contain a small amount of refined sugar, along with double cream, whole milk, whey protein and natural flavouring (real bananas or strawberries, vanilla bean paste and dark chocolate).
Smile Heroes® is made using the same ingredients as Nutri-Scoop but the vitamin pre-mix levels (DJK+) are adjusted to be in line with the nutritional requirements needed by children.
All three ranges have the same protein content.
What is DJK+®?
Our co-founder, Dr Jon Krell, developed a unique, game-changing formula known as DJK+® - an encapsulation of essential vitamins and minerals. Each tub of Nutri-Ice®, Nutri-Scoop® and Smile Heroes® is enriched with over 30% of the NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) for Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Iron & Zinc.
Our vitamins are encapsulated. Encapsulation is a process by which the vitamins and minerals are coated so they don’t flavour the product. They are digested at the optimum time in your stomach to give maximum benefit.
