How To Use

Take Nutri-Ice out of the freezer 20 minutes before consuming. As it doesn't contain any refined sugar it stays frozen for longer.
Our Nutri-Scoop and Smile Heroes ranges can be taken out of the freezer 5 minutes before consuming.

Our products are packed with dry ice which keeps them frozen for up to 36 hours once dispatched. Your order will arrive with you frozen and ready to pop straight in your freezer.

To operate more sustainably we send out orders once a week, on a Wednesday. Order by midday on Tuesday to receive your order on the Wednesday.
After ordering you'll receive a confirmation email from us. On the day of delivery (Wednesday) you'll receive a tracking email from our delivery partner, DX, letting you know the approximate time of delivery.
